Family Support Services Advocate

Provide support, resources, education and referral services relating to children of participants in employment and training program; facilitate meetings with children and parents around issues and assist with next steps in resolving issues; interact with program case managers and coordinate services; write case notes and maintain other documentation of services; Qualifications; BA in Social Work, Human Services, or Psychology and minimum of 1 year of experience or Associates Degress with 3-5 years of experience.

Salary Range: $34,000 - $40,000

Provide counseling, assessment, and referral services to participants in an employment and training program who are experiencing behavioral or health issues that interfere with their finding employment; conduct small group sessions around relevant topics; participate in assessment of new enrollees; serve as an advocate for the client; interact and communicate with case managers; write case notes and maintain other documentation; Qualifications: BA (Master's Preferred) in Social Work, Behavioral Health, Psychology, or other human service related field with 2 years related experience; must have a clinical background; knowledge of TANF rules and regulations.

Director of Project Activities

Seeking an individual with business/manufacturing background to develop and oversee project activites designed to provide program clients with work experience and soft skills training;  projects will be designed to benefit others and may involve assembly of various types of kits and other labor-intensive activites; position will help develop projects, indentify and procure materials, supervise implementation of the projects, oversee shipping and/or distribution, and ensure quality control.

Qualification:

Position requires an Associates Degree or equivalent experience;  experience in procurement, supervision, and quality control, and ability to work effectively with low-income unemployed clients.
