Temporary to Permanent Employment
Staffing companies have an on-site presence at Impact’s 1952 E. Allegheny Avenue site, using our facility to advertise temp to perm positions, interview neighborhood residents for available openings, and provide follow-up services after the applicant is hired. Impact works closely with these agencies to help applicants move into better and more long-term employment after they are hired. Over 200 individuals have been hired through our association with temporary to permanent staffing agencies.
