Virtually every aspect of Impact's work is about building community and connection.

Though starting points often vary, we discover we are always looking to share ideas, find common ground, and create a shared vision that will allow us to work with others for the benefit of the community.

Our Veterans Services Department is a long time partner in collaboration, with the Veterans Administration, Coordinating Office of Mental Health and Retardation, and PA CareerLink providing essential medical, mental health, and employment services to the homeless and disadvantaged veterans we work with.

Our Business Association work is largely based on building relationships and higher levels of collaboration between area businesses, non-profits, and government entities. Information flows and cooperation are enhanced by regular meetings, and shared commitments to creating a better environment for business and a stronger, safer community.

Economic Development and Employment and Training efforts both benefit from extensive relations with employers, and the community of service providers involved with creating jobs and work opportunities for Philadelphia's citizens.

Impact's Community Development work is explicitly about building new relations across all sectors to enhance the potential for greater joint achievements.
